Venus Williams has announced that she will join Sister Serena at the ASB Classic in early 2017. It will be the first time since 1998 that the Sisters have played in an International WTA tournament.

The Sisters will use the tournament to prepare for the Australian Open in Melbourne, the season's first major.

Serena Williams holds a career 27-11 record against Venus at Tour Level Tournaments.
